Can you re-create my old V1CE design?

If you want to order more cards that match an older V1CE order, V1CE can usually help, but whether the original artwork is still on file depends on how long ago you ordered.

How long V1CE keeps design files

V1CE archives design files on a roughly 2-year cycle. If your last order was within that window, the team can usually pull the artwork and match it. If your order is older than that, or it has been a few years with no orders since, the original files may no longer be on record.

If your design is no longer on file

You do not need to start from scratch. If you have either of these, the design team can re-create the artwork:

1. The mockup that was sent to you for approval, or
2. A clear photo of the card (front and back).

Send whichever you have when you place the new order, and the designers will rebuild it for your approval before printing.

How to place the re-order

1. Buy the cards on the V1CE website the same way as before at [v1ce.co](https://v1ce.co).
2. After checkout you are redirected to the design portal.
3. Log in and upload your design files or photo, and add your instructions (for example, "match order #12345" or "same as the attached photo").
4. The design team sends a mockup for your approval, then production starts.
