I have reached my card limit. How do I create more?

If you have reached your V1CE page limit, upgrade your plan to get more pages. V1CE Free Forever includes one V1CE page. V1CE ClientCapture OS includes unlimited V1CE pages under one account, so you can run as many as you need. Current pricing is on v1ce.co.

How to check your limit

To check whether you have hit your V1CE page limit:

Log in at app.v1ce.co

Try creating a new V1CE page or adding a user

If you see a limit message, you have reached the maximum for your plan

How to get more V1CE pages

To get more V1CE pages, upgrade to V1CE ClientCapture OS, which includes unlimited pages under one account:

Go to Settings, then Manage subscription

Choose V1CE ClientCapture OS and complete checkout

Unlimited V1CE pages unlock on your account

If you need V1CE pages for multiple people in your organisation, V1CE ClientCapture OS lets you add a user for each person from the link switcher in the top left, each with their own page and dashboard under one account. See How do I manage multiple cards or team members on V1CE?

I deleted a page but still see the limit

If you deleted a V1CE page but still see the limit, try refreshing your dashboard. If the limit persists:

Clear your browser cache

Log out and log back in

Contact V1CE support to check your account
