Can I merge two V1CE accounts?

Updated 2 June 2026 Account

Yes. Contact V1CE with both account email addresses and the team will consolidate your V1CE cards and pages under one account.

How to merge accounts

Contact V1CE through live chat or email

Provide both email addresses (the accounts you want to merge)

Let the team know which account should be the primary one

V1CE moves your cards, V1CE pages, and data into one account

Why might you have two accounts?

  • You signed up with different email addresses at different times • You created a free account and then a paid account separately • You used a personal email and a work email • You inherited a card from someone else and created a new account instead of adding it to your existing one

What gets merged?

  • Physical V1CE cards are reassigned to the primary account • V1CE pages are moved to the primary account • Contacts and V1CE Insights are consolidated • The secondary account is deactivated

Can I do this myself?

Account merging requires changes on V1CE's end for security reasons. Contact V1CE and the team will handle it for you.
