Why can't I edit my Social Builder page?

V1CE discontinued the Social Builder template on 13 January 2025. Pages on this template are no longer editable, but your physical V1CE card keeps working: it just still points at the old page.

What happened

V1CE retired the Social Builder template on 13 January 2025. The legacy pages built on it still load when someone taps your card, but the editor has been turned off, so you cannot change the content on a Social Builder page.

What to do

The path forward is to create a new V1CE page on the current builder, then have V1CE point your existing card at the new page. Your card does not need to be replaced.

1. Sign in at app.v1ce.co and create a new page on the current builder.

1. Fill in your name, links, photo, and any other sections you want.

1. Start a chat with V1CE and ask the team to move your card to point at the new page. Include the email on your V1CE account, or send a photo of the QR code on the back of your card so support can find it quickly.

V1CE updates the card on the back-end. The next time someone taps your card, it opens the new page.
