V1CE emails aren't reaching me or my team
Most V1CE emails (password reset, verification, team invites) come from no-reply@v1ce.co. If you haven't received one, here's what to check.
The fix is the same in most cases: check spam, whitelist v1ce.co, and if it still doesn't arrive, contact V1CE support and we'll trigger the email manually from our end.
Password reset emails
If your password reset email isn't arriving:
- Check your Spam and Junk folders — reset emails often end up there
- Wait a few minutes — emails can be delayed
- Request the reset again from app.v1ce.co
- Confirm you're using the email linked to your account
- Try a different email client — web mail sometimes shows emails desktop apps miss
If you signed up with a work email, your IT team may be blocking automated emails. Ask them to whitelist v1ce.co, or contact V1CE support to change your account email to a personal address.
Reset links expire after a set time. If yours says expired, request a new one. If antivirus software is blocking the link, copy the URL from the email and paste it into your browser.
Still stuck? Contact V1CE support with your account email and a photo of the QR code on the back of your card (for verification). We'll reset your password manually and send you new login details.
Email verification
If your verification email isn't arriving:
- Check Spam and Junk folders
- Wait a few minutes
- Request a new verification email from your dashboard
- Try a different browser — extensions sometimes interfere
- Clear your browser cache and try again
If you're on a work email, ask IT to whitelist v1ce.co.
If you see "this email has already been used," an account already exists with that address. Try logging in instead, or use Forgot Password.
If you got the code but it's not accepted: make sure you're entering the most recent code, check it hasn't expired, and copy and paste rather than typing it.
Still stuck? Contact V1CE support with the email address you're trying to verify and we'll verify it manually.
Team member invites
If a team member you added never got their invite:
- Check the email address you invited — typos are the most common cause. Open Team in your V1CE dashboard, find the pending invite, and confirm the spelling. If it's wrong, remove the invite and re-add with the correct email.
- Ask the team member to check spam, junk, and promotions folders. Corporate filters often divert first-time senders.
- Resend the invite from your dashboard: Team > find the pending row > Resend invite. Ask them to check inbox and spam again.
- If they're on a corporate inbox, ask their IT team to whitelist v1ce.co before resending.
If you're on legacy V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software, the Team section is labelled differently but the steps are the same.
Still stuck? Contact V1CE support with the team member's full email address. We can trigger the welcome email manually from the back-end and set a password for them so they can log in straight away.
If this didn't fix it, start a chat with V1CE and we'll take it from here.
