How do I install and set up the V1CE mobile app?
Download the V1CE app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), sign in with your existing V1CE account, and allow camera and NFC permissions on first run.

The app is optional. Everything works in the web dashboard at app.v1ce.co too — use whichever fits your workflow.
Install on iPhone or iPad
- Open the App Store
- Search for V1CE
- Tap Get and install
- Open the app once it's installed
- Sign in with the same email and password you use at app.v1ce.co
- Allow camera access when prompted (used to scan QR codes and capture leads)
- NFC is always on by default on iPhone 7 and newer — no extra step needed
Install on Android
- Open Google Play
- Search for V1CE
- Tap Install
- Open the app once it's installed
- Sign in with your existing V1CE account
- Allow camera and NFC permissions when prompted
- If NFC isn't enabled on your phone, see "How do I enable NFC on my Android phone?" before tapping a card
What the app does
The app lets you edit your V1CE page, scan QR codes, capture leads on the spot, and view your contacts on the go. ClientCapture OS users also get push notifications when someone scans your card.
I don't have a V1CE account yet
The app is for existing V1CE users. To create an account, order a card at v1ce.co — your Free Forever account is created automatically with your card. You can also create a free account at app.v1ce.co and order a card later.
I can't sign in
If your password isn't working, see "I can't reset my V1CE password" (article 174 covers the email side). If your email isn't recognized, you may have signed up with a different address — try other emails you use for work, or contact V1CE support.
If this didn't fix it, start a chat with V1CE and we'll take it from here.
