What will the V1CE charge look like on my bank statement?

A V1CE charge shows up on your bank or card statement as V1CE or V1CE LTD. If you see an unfamiliar name like that, it is us, and the charge is genuine. V1CE LTD is short for V1CE Limited, the company you bought your card or subscription from.

What the charge looks like

Your V1CE charge appears as V1CE or V1CE LTD (short for V1CE Limited, the company name).

Some banks shorten or reformat the name. One customer saw it as "V Lancashire" because V1CE is based in Lancashire, in the UK. If you see a V1CE-style name, or a charge that traces back to Lancashire or the UK, it is still us.

Why you are seeing it

A V1CE charge comes from one of two things:

1. Your one-time V1CE card purchase.
2. Your monthly V1CE ClientCapture OS subscription, if you are on a paid plan.

Either way, the charge comes from V1CE and shows under the V1CE name.

How to check the charge is really yours

1. Log in at [app.v1ce.co](https://app.v1ce.co)
2. For a subscription, go to Settings, then Manage Subscriptions to see your plan, renewal date, and billing. For a card, open your order confirmation email.
3. Match the date and amount to the charge on your statement.

If the date and amount match, the charge is yours.

I still don't recognize the charge

If you have checked and the charge still doesn't look like yours, contact V1CE support with the date and amount before you raise a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback can lock your account while your bank investigates, so a quick message to us is the faster way to sort it out.
