How do I export my V1CE data? (GDPR data portability)

Every V1CE user can export their data. Export contacts as a CSV from your CRM in one click. For a full account data export under GDPR, contact V1CE support from your account email and we'll send a machine-readable file within the statutory window.

Export your contacts as a CSV

The fastest export. Available on Free Forever and ClientCapture OS.

1. Sign in at app.v1ce.co
2. Open CRM
3. Tap Export
4. Choose CSV
5. Pick the columns you want, or leave all selected for the full record
6. Tap Download

The CSV includes name, email, phone, company, job title, notes, the date the contact was captured, and any custom fields you've added. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or import it into another CRM.

Export your profile and page content

1. Sign in at app.v1ce.co
2. Open Settings → Account
3. Tap Export profile data
4. Download the JSON file

The export contains your profile fields, links, sections, and page settings. Useful as a backup before a redesign or when migrating an account.

Full GDPR data export

If you need a full machine-readable export of all data V1CE holds about you (covering the GDPR right to data portability, Article 20), email support@v1ce.co from the email address on your V1CE account.

Include in the email: your full name, your account email, and that you're requesting a GDPR data portability export. V1CE will send a complete export within the statutory window (one month, extendable to three for complex requests).

What's included: profile data, contacts, account settings, billing records, support history, and any custom data tied to your account.

What's not included: aggregated analytics that don't identify you personally, system logs used only for security, and content created by other users.
